O.R.L.M. Outcomes
Students in the Outdoor Recreation, Leadership and Management (ORLM) major will know, understand, and effectively apply general and specialty professional skills in a variety of leisure and outdoor recreation settings.
A variety of outcomes are achieved in the completion of the ORLM program. These include: development of outdoor technical skills, leadership competencies, teaching skills, understanding and promotion of a leisure-valued lifestyle and environmental literacy. These goals are accomplished through; integration of classroom and experiential education, field experiences, Interdisciplinary learning and personal and professional growth and development |
Outcome IStudents will be prepared for professional roles in a variety of agencies that make up the leisure and outdoor recreation service system.

Outcome IIStudents will know, understand, and effectively apply general and specialty professional skills in a variety of leisure and outdoor recreation settings.

Outcome III
Students will be able to meet the professional entry-level standards established under the NRPA/AALR by the Council of Accreditation.

Outcome IV
Students will be able to meet entry-level competencies and/or standards established or recognized by the field in specialized areas of their choice and in other areas of the student's interest.
